Garden Vegetable Soup
Easy seasonal soup that is halfway homemade and full of flavor!
- 2 bottles Karine & Jeff's Garden Vegetable Soup
- 2 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
- 3 Carrots (medium, peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup Celery (chopped)
- 5 oz Green Beans (frozen)
- 1 cup Corn (frozen)
- 1 cup Peas (frozen)
- Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium to high heat on the stove.
Add onions, carrots, and celery and saute for 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another minute.
Pour Karine & Jeff's Garden Vegetable Soup over vegetables and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and add green beans to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add frozen peas and corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
