  • 2 bottles Karine & Jeff's Garden Vegetable Soup
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
  • 3 Carrots (medium, peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup Celery (chopped)
  • 5 oz Green Beans (frozen)
  • 1 cup Corn (frozen)
  • 1 cup Peas (frozen)
  • Fresh Parsley (chopped)


  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium to high heat on the stove.
  • Add onions, carrots, and celery and saute for 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another minute.
  • Pour┬áKarine & Jeff's Garden Vegetable Soup over vegetables and bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat and add green beans to simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add frozen peas and corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
