How to Prepare Our White Pizza Recipe
Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place each flatbread onto your baking sheet and spread an even amount of olive oil onto each. Spread ricotta cheese onto each flatbread equally, followed by sprinkling each flatbread with Romano and mozzarella cheeses. Then, sprinkle the garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and, lastly, fresh basil onto each flatbread equally. Finally, bake for 5-7 minutes. (Cook times vary by appliance so keep an eye on it!)
Simply remove from oven, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!

White Flatbread Pizza
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 brush
- 4 small round naan flatbread rounds (We always choose Stonefire Authentic Flatbread!)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove fresh garlic, chopped
- ½ c ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp Romano cheese, shredded
- 2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place each flatbread onto baking sheet.
- Brush each flatbread with olive oil.
- Spread ricotta cheese onto each flatbread equally, followed by sprinkling each flatbread with Romano and mozzarella cheeses.
- Sprinkle the garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and, lastly, fresh basil onto each flatbread equally.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes. (Cook times vary by appliance.)
