How to Prepare Our Canadian Bacon Pineapple Pizza Recipe
Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and placing all four flatbread rounds onto a baking sheet. Then, spread pizza sauce equally onto each flatbread. Place two slices of mozzarella cheese onto each flatbread, allowing the cheese to slightly overlap. Sprinkle each flatbread with Canadian bacon and pineapple, and top with fresh basil.
Finally, bake for 5-7 minutes. (Cook times vary by appliance so you’ll want to keep an eye on it.)
Take out from oven, let cool slightly and enjoy!
Canadian Bacon Pineapple Flatbread Pizza
- 1 baking sheet
- 4 small naan flatbread rounds (We always choose Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads.)
- ½ c pizza sauce (We suggest Mutti Pomodoro for the most authentic taste.)
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese, approximately 1/2" thick
- ½ c canned pineapple rings, drained and chopped
- 4 slices Canadian bacon, cooked and chopped
- 6 fresh basil leaves (Spinach or kale can be substituted.)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce equally onto each flatbread.
- Place two slices of mozzarella cheese onto each flatbread, allowing the cheese to slightly overlap.
- Sprinkle each flatbread with Canadian bacon and pineapple.
- Top with fresh basil.
