When it comes to decorating your home, the walls play an integral role in the overall design. From the colors you choose to paint them to the details you choose to display on them, the possibilities can seem endless. So how do you know what to choose when designing your home? We always say artwork is the perfect way to bring life to a space and make it feel more personal. Artwork can help tell a story of your life experiences as well as the people and places that matter to you most. It can also convey a certain aesthetic you want your guests to feel when they enter your home and leave a lasting impression after they’ve left. Because artwork is important to us in our homes, we are sharing where to get art prints for your walls, so you have some reliable resources you can turn to.

Where to Get Art Prints for Your Walls
Etsy
One of the first places we turn to when considering where to get art prints for your walls is Etsy. Etsy is a global marketplace for unique and creative goods. It’s somewhere you can find unique items, often handmade or vintage, from independent sellers around the world.
When it comes to finding art prints on Etsy, you can choose from instant downloads if you need a quick turnaround or shipped art if you’re looking for highest quality. You can also choose from digital, photographed, painted, sketched or handcrafted art depending on what your heart desires. We enjoy mixing an assortment of art types to add interest to our homes and highly recommend you do the same!
Here are a few art prints Shannon recently purchased from Etsy for her recent picture ledge gallery with Old Time Pottery.

Minted
Minted is another one of our go-to resources when it comes to selecting artwork for the home. It is a global design marketplace where the creative content they sell from independent artists is voted on by the Minted community. The submitted art that receives the most votes goes on to be sold by Minted, and we love purchasing it!
Shannon chose the following art print from Minted for her gallery. It is coincidentally named The Honeymoon and depicts Venice, Italy where she and her husband took their honeymoon several years ago.

Personal Collection
Never underestimate your personal collection of photos. If you snapped a picture of it, it’s probably because it meant something to you or captured your eye.
Don’t feel like your photo is worth framing? There are plenty of photo editing presets you can purchase these days that will take your amateur photography skills to the next level. Don’t worry so much about framing the perfect photo, and instead focus on framing what matters to you most.
