
Social Media Manager
Part Time | Central Florida
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Social Media Manager to communicate to the public and our community through means of our social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the social media strategy for our lifestyle brand while managing the social media channels for our blog (with potential to manage the social media accounts for our ecommerce brand in the future). This candidate will work cross-functionally across the organization to understand both the creative and marketing processes and operations in order to manage day to day social media strategies and support marketing efforts. This person will help lead our content campaigns and timelines, evaluate our social media performance metrics, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver on mutually agreed upon milestones across our portfolio of products and services.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in content creation and social media management with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This candidate is a detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently and to execute various marketing roadmaps and social media accounts simultaneously. Additionally, this individual is exceptionally organized with the ability to lead independently and guide projects forward in a timely and growth-oriented environment. Above all, this candidate is eager to grow with our brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ideate engaging content ideas for all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
- Plan, manage and execute a consistent social media strategy from start to finish guaranteeing maximum reach and impact
- Provide support in-office and in the field with content creation for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok Stories
- Create supporting graphics for social content on all social channels
- Create supporting LTK posts and graphics to drive revenue
- Develop and manage relevant editorial calendars in Asana and Planoly to coincide with marketing strategies and partner campaigns
- Lead the planning and managing of social media content creation and execution including all social captions and performance strategy
- Work hand in hand with Content Manager, Campaign Manager and Content Creation teams to craft the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies in order to:
- Increase website traffic from social channels
- Bring brand and partner campaigns to life via social channels
- Promote successful product launches and offerings via social channels
- Coordinate social media giveaways
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables, task fulfillment and vision alignment
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Track social media performance
- Analyze, measure & report on key social media metrics, taking a goal-oriented approach
- Identify high-performing activities and content for reproduction and scaling
- Monitor data and propose optimization strategies based on performance
- Attend and participate in weekly content development and social media strategy meetings
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a dynamic storyteller with content creation and social media management experience who possesses the following:
Technical:
- Personal Laptop
- Personal Smart Phone
- Access to High-Speed Internet
Software:
- Knowledge and proficiency in:
- TikTok
- Social Media Marketing Tools (we use Planoly)
- Canva
- Google & LinkedIn considered a plus
- Knowledge of software analytic tools including Facebook and Instagram Insights as well as TikTok and Pinterest Analytics to track audience engagement and content performance
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and other related computer skills
Design:
- General knowledge in graphic design
- General knowledge of image and video formats and editing tools
- A keen eye for visual design
Industry:
- A general understanding of target audience and industry trends
- Interest in lifestyle content related to hosting and entertaining
Communication:
- Ability to write in the company’s style and tone
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to write informational and emotional copy in English
Management:
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and an ability to identify efficiencies and implement processes for streamlining
- Proven ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed, and demonstrate initiative to juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a timely, growth-oriented environment
- Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to make constructive recommendations
- Balanced mentality between art (creative/content) and science (data) with a customer-centric mindset

- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
