The question of “what’s for dinner?” can feel like such a chore day in and day out, so I’m sharing our own real-life weekly menu filled with simple, weeknight dinner ideas in this regular series. I also include kid-friendly alternatives / serving recommendations when we make accommodations. And, just like the other menus, I’m sharing videos from these dishes over on our Instagram if you’d like to see how they look in real-life.
This week’s menu is actually two half weeks put together since I was away from home for a bit while visiting Pop.  I wouldn’t normally make Mimi’s Meat Sauce and Nana’s Meatballs in the same week but if I did, I would serve Nana’s meatballs on hoagie rolls or slider buns, on skewers with a dipping sauce, or on pizza with ricotta and garlic.
For reference, this weekly menu fed Shannon’s family of 4 (3 adults + 1 preschooler).
Leftovers (but buddy still got his Chick-fil-A)
