Sour Apple Spritz Zero-Proof Cocktail
The Secret to Serving This Recipe
The secret to serving this Sour Apple Spritz mocktail recipe is to use Demerara sugar. Demerara is a type of raw cane sugar with a large grain, crunchy texture, and pale brown color. It has a more unique and rich flavor that enhances the flavor of any dish.
How to Serve a Sour Apple Spritz Zero-Proof Cocktail
For our DRY January Pairing Party, we opted to keep our glassware consistent and served this Sour Apple Spritz in a vintage-inspired champagne coupe. A Collins glass also works perfectly for serving this zero-proof cocktail recipe.
The Perfect Pairing
There’s no doubt, this Sour Apple Spritz tastes great on its own, but it also pairs perfectly with Gorgonzola, Grape and Honey Canapés. The sour flavors provided by the zero-proof cocktail are complemented by a rich and creamy, slightly tart and sweet flavor from the canapés.
