Our (Jenna’s) family counts down the days until Summer break every year. We love spending most days soaking up the Florida sun in our pool, grilling Nick’s Seasoned Hamburgers, and enjoying a glass of Coconut Lime Spritzer Poptails. (Popsicle drinks the kids can enjoy, YES PLEASE!) Most days you’ll find us in our favorite Target family bathing suits and hosting the neighborhood children, and this Summer won’t be any different.

Who says a hamburger should be simple and boring? Not us! My husband Nick discovered the BEST seasoning recipe for hamburgers, and the bold flavor of these burgers leaves us craving more.
This Summer, treat your guests with the best seasoned hamburgers, served with their favorite toppings, and enjoy some fun in the sun!
Seasoned Hamburgers
To create this simple recipe, simply combine all of your dry ingredients into a small bowl. This includes: Paprika, Light Brown Sugar, Dried Minced Onion, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Basil, and Crushed Red Pepper.
Next, for each pound of meat, be sure to mix in 1 TBS of dry mix, plus 1 TBS of soy sauce, and 1 TBS of Worcestershire Sauce. For example, if you’re making 2 lbs of ground beef, mix 2 TBS of dry mix, 2 TBS of soy sauce, and 2 TBS of Worcestershire Sauce.
Once all of the ingredients are mixed, shape the meat into burger patties and cook on the grill for ten minutes until meat is cooked all the way through. If you prefer to cook in a skillet, cover and simmer on medium-high heat.
