How to Prepare:
First, to prepare salmon burgers, first you’ll want to shred the salmon apart. Mix all burger ingredients together and form into 3 large or 4 medium patties. Next, heat olive oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Fry the burgers for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Please on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with salt.

Ingredients
Salmon Burgers
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 12-14 oz Cooked Salmon
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives, or Dill) (chopped )
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cabbage Slaw
- 1 head Green Cabbage (finely shredded)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp White Distilled Vinegar (to taste)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh Herbs (Chives, Parsley, or Cilantro) (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Salmon Burgers
- Shred the salmon apart.
