My journey through motherhood has been the most bittersweet story I could ever tell. From being a young first time mother at the age of 22 with a husband deployed overseas, to losing Identical Twins due to preterm labor while having a 4 and 1 year old, to carrying our rainbow baby four years later, I can honestly tell you that not only has my heart been forever changed, but so has my body physically and mentally. Today, I wanted to share our Top 4 Maternity and Nursing Bras that have been lifesavers these last 8 months and gave me one less thing to think about while carrying our rainbow baby.

These are subjects we’ve touched on lightly here at The Bee but how do we connect with you all without sharing our full story and full experiences? It is my hope to reach each of you who may have similar stories to remind you that you are not alone.

I am 33 weeks pregnant with our third baby here on Earth (5th overall), and this is the last baby we’ll be bringing home. This journey has flown by with the blink of an eye, and while it has proved to be an easy pregnancy, it’s been one to definitely remember.

I began showing early on in our pregnancy, and it’s no lie when they say, “You pop sooner with each child!” Seeing how our baby girl is our 5th little blessing, my body knew exactly what to do and instantly grew and took shape for our sweet girl. While I have been gaining the correct amount of weight (not too much or too little), there are areas of my body that have taken on some more weight than others. My chest has grown larger as it prepares for nursing, and I’ll do you all a favor by not mentioning my thighs. HA!

I knew growing was inevitable, and after experiencing horrible back pain following my third pregnancy, for which I couldn’t use my regular CBD cream for sale that I’ve found for back pain when I’m not usually pregnant, I knew I needed to search for maternity and nursing bras that were comfortable and gave me great support.

Shannon and I are both expecting just two days apart. I shared with her early on the importance of great and comfortable maternity and nursing bras.
