Gorgonzola, Grape and Honey Canapés

The Secret to Serving This Recipe
The secret to serving this Gorgonzola, Grape and Honey Canapé recipe is how you crumble the cheese. You can either mash the cheese with the tines of a fork to break it up into crumbs, or you can break off large pieces of cheese from the main wedge and rub it between your fingers to crumble. Alternatively, for a mess-free way, break off chunks and crumble them inside a plastic bag with your fingers. Then, you can store any extra cheese in the same bag.
How to Serve Gorgonzola, Grape and Honey Canapés
While any traditional serving platter works perfectly to serve these canapés, we love serving them on tiered dessert stands to add visual interest to the overall food display. The stands can feature this recipe alone or several you may be preparing. They can be incorporated into your tablescape design or arranged on a self-service station.

The Perfect Pairing
There’s no doubt, these Gorgonzola, Grape and Honey Canapés taste great on their own, but they also pair perfectly with DRY Botanical Bubbly’s Sour Apple Spritz Recipe. The sour flavors provided by the Sour Apple Spritz are complemented by a rich and creamy, slightly tart and sweet flavor of the canapés.
The Sour Apple Spritz is included in DRY Botanical Bubbly’s The Guide to Zero-Proof Cocktails, along with 49 other zero-proof cocktail recipes. It can also be purchased in DRY’s Mixology Gift Set.
