I’m your typical Enneagram Type 2 meets Type 9 – also known as ‘The Helper’ and ‘The Peacemaker.’ Most days, you can find me writing a new story in my head, homeschooling my two older children, and obsessing over new paper products: I.e Journals & Planners.
Most would describe me as a Type B who thrives in a world of creativity and views the world as though I’m looking through a camera lens. Colors inspire me and neutrals bring me life.
As a guest in our home, you would most likely be greeted by my three energetic children (+ dog Joplin!), enjoy one of our family’s favorite easy recipes (easy recipes are my jam), and finish the night with s’mores and laughter near a campfire. Our home is our passion project, and one day we hope raise our family on a farm with lots of open spaces to explore.
I’m the kind of friend that likes to go deep. There’s nothing that brings me more joy than sitting with a close friend sharing a cup of hot coffee and our life stories.
After the loss of our twins, I’ve set out to live a life full of purpose and intention and use my time wisely to connect with others. I’ve learned how precious this gift of life is, and it is my hope to be fully present. When I’m 80, I want to be surrounded by loved ones and share stories about hosting the neighborhood children and lifelong friends. I want to be able to say I lived a life of legacy and I was the friend who showed up, loved well, and created a space that made everyone feel at home.
My everyday life might be messy & loud but it’s always all about grace.
