How to Prepare:

Halfway homemade recipes are always our number one choice when we’re designing a menu. These type of recipes save us time in the kitchen and allows us to spend more time decorating and cleaning prior to when our guests arrive.
First, to begin this simple recipe, heat olive oil in a large pot over medium to high heat on the stove. Second, add onions, carrots, and celery and saute for 3 minutes. Next, add garlic and saute for another minute, then pour Karine & Jeff’s Garden Vegetable Soup over vegetables and bring to a boil. Once the soup begins to boil, lower heat and add green beans to simmer for 15 minutes. Add frozen peas and corn and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, pour in a bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
Garden Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 2 bottles Karine & Jeff's Garden Vegetable Soup
- 2 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
- 3 Carrots (medium, peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup Celery (chopped)
- 5 oz Green Beans (frozen)
- 1 cup Corn (frozen)
- 1 cup Peas (frozen)
- Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium to high heat on the stove.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery and saute for 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another minute.
- Pour Karine & Jeff's Garden Vegetable Soup over vegetables and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and add green beans to simmer for 15 minutes.
