DRY & Dirty Zero-Proof Cocktail

The Secret to Serving This Recipe
The secret to serving this DRY & Dirty mocktail recipe is to use Spanish Queen Olives or Spanish Manzanilla Olives since they can stand up to the bold flavors of this cocktail.
Also, consider just how much of the βdirtyβ taste you prefer. In other words, consider how much olive brine you want to add. Adding olive brine brings both salt and acid to your cocktail which helps balance the other flavors. This recipe calls for 1/2 ounce of olive brine but that measurement can be increased or decreased according to your taste preference.
How to Serve a DRY & Dirty Mocktail
For our DRY January Pairing Party, we opted to keep our glassware consistent and served this DRY & Dirty Cocktail in a vintage-inspired champagne coupe. A martini glass also works perfectly for serving this zero-proof cocktail recipe.
The Perfect Pairing
There’s no doubt, this DRY & Dirty Zero-Proof Cocktail tastes great on its own, but it also pairs perfectly with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese CanapΓ©s. The savory flavors of the DRY & Dirty blend well with the refreshing and subtle taste of the salmon and the mildly sweet and slightly tangy cream cheese.
