Over the years, we’ve been given the role as the table setters in our family, especially for Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations, and we take that title pretty seriously! There was a time when we would craft every single decor piece, probably when Pinterest first came out because our hearts just wanted to create and create. We’ve realized over the years we could still get crafty while mixing in beautiful home decor pieces found at our favorite stores to create the best table settings that served our guests well while giving us some of our time back to spend with those loved ones.

Christmas brunch is a special tradition that we hold close to our hearts and hope to continue in our older years. After diving into our Christmas presents, trying on our new outfits and organizing all the chaos that comes from Christmas morning, our family would load up in the truck and make our way to Mimi and Papa’s house for brunch and more presents. We’re in our thirties and we still follow this Christmas morning routine.
Upon arriving at Mimi’s, we open our stockings, mingle and then get right to work by setting the table for Mimi’s famous menu that always includes her Creamed Eggs Recipe.
This year, we designed a Christmas Brunch Tablescape that is vibrant, full of color, simple to create and memorable. This tablescape is the perfect mix of homemade table decor that can serve as gifts for your guests when they leave and affordable and fun home decor found at our favorite store: Target! So, whether you’re looking for a little inspiration or need a step by step guide on how to set your table this season, feel free to use this post to best suit your needs.
