A goal of ours this year is to be more intentional about the way we spend quality time with our immediate families. We value connection with those who live outside the four walls of our homes but when we dig deep into the greater purpose of hosting others, we find it begins at home and with those who we do everyday life with.

Did you know that the relationships in your home directly affect your everyday reality and the relationships outside of your home? If you’re intentional about carving out time for meaningful moments with your immediate family by having fun, laughing with one another and putting your phone down, those positive moments will create a ripple effect that starts with you and has the potential to reach so many people in your community.
As we begin planning fun and interactive moments to be shared with our families, we like to focus on the specific resources and actions we can take to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with our loved ones. For example, one of our favorite #HostfulHacks is to Go Halfway Homemade, by selecting a ready-made option to create a halfway homemade recipe with ease.
We also love coming up with easy and unique meal ideas to keep things interesting. Today, we’re celebrating International Waffle Day, and we thought, what better way to make memories than by creating a fun and interactive Chicken & Waffle Melt Bar everyone can help create and enjoy as a family.
To celebrate, we’re making:
